LESLIE BOVE

Leslie Bove was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, and attended the A. B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, majoring in Finance.  During the summer of her junior year she accepted an internship with Dean Witter Reynolds in downtown Boston.  She lived in student housing on MIT’s campus, worked at Dean Witter Reynolds and attended Boston University at night.  She fell in love with Boston and returned after graduating the next year.

She has worked for over 25 years in the Boston area as a financial controller, human resource manager and accounting advisory consultant.  She founded Holifield Group to address a widespread need she identified for outsourced bookkeeping and accounting services that provides the option of both on-site and remote services.

Leslie works with a team of professionals to support her clients that include CPA’s, banks and a payroll company.  With a support team, Holifield Group offers its clients a wide array of services for both a new and existing companies. 

No matter the size of your company, Leslie will provide transparency and accuracy with your companies financial reporting.  She will simplify your reports for easy understanding of the company's bottom line.  Leslie will have face to face meetings to review reports and answer any questions or concerns you have.

Leslie was mentored in business as a young woman by the owner of a woman-owned company, and understands the importance of mentoring the next generation.  Over the years, she has created an internship program for the next generation of women in business. She has mentored women from Bentley University, University of Alabama, and Bryant University, watching them graduate and accept positions at KPMG and Ernst & Young.
 

Leslie and her husband have been residents of Lexington for over 25 years.  She and her husband raised their three children in the local school system.  She has played softball with the town's women’s league for many years.  Leslie enjoys spending time with her family, traveling back to New Orleans, going to music concerts with friends.
